In the event of a relapse at any time post-treatment, American Addiction Centers, Inc. will provide qualified individuals with up to an additional 30 consecutive days of treatment at one of its facilities at no additional cost to you. Our COVID-19 protocols
Patients: We screens all patients prior to admission to determine personal travel history, potential exposure, potential contact with someone who has traveled to areas of concern, any direct contact by the patients with persons diagnosed with COVID-19, and any symptoms of illness. Those who screen positive will not be admitted to treatment. Those who screen negative will be eligible for admission.
Staff: We are committed to ensuring staff at our facilities are not infected with COVID-19 virus. Staff who have traveled to areas of concern, have been in contact with someone in these areas, have been in direct contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or shows any signs of illness are asked to follow the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, which dictates 14 days of isolation with no symptoms from the time of contact.

I made so much progress while at Oxford. I've been to several treatment centers in the past and none have compared to the education I was given at Oxford.
The staff, well, here I simply cannot say enough GREAT things about them. And I mean from intake, nurses, residential aides, the driver who picked me up from the airport, my therapist (outstanding), art, music. Business office, case managers. EVERYONE!
Just everyone.
The residents are such a crucial part of the community and that is what it becomes.
The property itself is magnificent. So peaceful. I would recommend Oxford to anyone!!!!!

OTC was everything I was sure I needed and gave me more than I could ever ask for. It’s true when they say that in recovery we have to relearn who we are and I am so grateful to the friends I made there and the staff that was so supportive 1000000% of the time. Anna is truly a gem of a human being. She cares so deeply about the women there and consistently checked in on us. She will always hold a special place in my heart. Clara encouraged me daily and helped me find confidence to begin art again. Hannah made every single music class fun and hilarious and exciting. Wednesday karaoke was the highlight of the week - if you know you know! Hank’s hijacked brain classes on Tuesday morning was captivating. Never saw the man smile, but he speaks addiction in a way only other addicts can understand and is whip smart. I am so beyond thankful for every class, every group, every volleyball game, everything that was made FUN so that we could get excited about and engaged in our sobriety. Once I was able to settle into my treatment after detox things starting clicking and I have gained a new perspective about addiction and recovery and just for today I choose life and to recover, thanks to OTC.
