Frequently Asked Questions
How much does rehab cost?
- The cost of rehab varies depending on the patient’s level of treatment, length of stay, insurance coverage, and other unique factors.
How do I find out what my plan covers?
- Most providers offer member services portals or where you can review detailed information about your particular policy and insurance coverage for substance abuse treatment. You can also use our online tool to verify your insurance coverage or call our 24/7 helpline number at (702) 800-2682 and one of our Admissions Navigators can help verify your benefits for you.
What if my insurance provider denies coverage?
- If you are denied coverage, there are still other payment options available. If your credit permits, you may consider taking out a loan for treatment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover to help pay for your care.
I am a veteran. Does the VA cover rehab?
- American Addiction Centers (AAC) is a Community Care Provider. Veterans can receive treatment for drug or alcohol addiction through the VA directly or through a VA Community Care partner, depending on their healthcare needs and circumstances. Community Care partners are rehab providers that are separate from the VA but will accept veteran patients who are eligible for the Community Care program. In most cases, veterans must receive approval from the VA before receiving rehab care from a Community Care provider.
